It is great pleasure to meet you all through our official website.The FX Polytechnic College, Tharuvai was established in July 2006 by the Founder of SCAD group of Institution to provide technical education to the nearby society. Our aim is not only catering knowledge to students, but to form caliber and character for them.We want them to become competent, committed, creative and compassionate personality. By fulfilling the aim, our institution is being now glorious one among various institutions in Tamil Nadu.
We know that the students are a great human resource and their role in the society is so crucial for the development of a nation. We want that our students should be imparted an all round education so that they become multidimensional rather than uni-dimensional.Acquiring information is no longer the main focus of education; instead the education is to build the powers of human mind and spirit. We are evaluating our students on the basis of their physical, mental, social, emotional and intellectual development. The phenomenal academic achievements of our students have always added glory to the college by their high Ranks in Board examinations. The college has a tradition of excelling in Sports and extracurricular activities, in which our students continue to bring us success in all spheres.
It is proud to acknowledge the contribution of highly qualified, dynamic and multi-talented faculty and non teaching staff members. We have to continue to move ahead for producing and maintaining our level best. Our teachers work hard throughout the year with the students to provide them high quality educational experience in the form of debates, group discussions, workshops, symposia, seminars and cultural competitions. Eminent personalities are invited from all walks of life to address our students and expose them to new ideas and thoughts.
